Community Services

Over 80% of our employees live in the Valley area, thus making us a hospital that truly serves the needs of the families that make up the community. At Griffin, our employees are encouraged to reach beyond their daily work and become active community members. Through our employees' support, Griffin hosts several free health screenings, trainings and lectures every year to increase the health awareness of the community.

Beyond the hospital, our employees serve on many non-profit boards, promote the commerce of the valley, volunteer their time for civic duty, and provide donations to support the vitality of the community.
