Appointments & Referrals
Appointments will be scheduled daily Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Within seven days of your appointment, someone from the clinic will contact you to update and verify insurance information and primary care referral (if necessary), inquire whether their will you will have special needs for your visit, prearrange for testing, verify that medical records have been received or will be hand carried to the clinic, and instruct you to obtain and hand carry any MRI films to your appointment (if applicable or possible).
Parking is free and located near the main entrance to Griffin Hospital. Handicapped parking is available directly in front of the hospital. Patients who need to be transported by wheelchair will be assisted once inside the main lobby the ground floor.
New visitors to the clinic will also receive an information package prior to their appointment.
Referrals

New patients seeking referrals can refer themselves have their primary care physicians call the office at (203) 732-1290 or fax at (203) 732-1299. Referrals will also be accepted via e-mail. Appointment will be given within 24 hours of the referral.
