Back by popular demand, Gala 2013 will once again feature the acclaimed ‘dining experience’ at restaurants in the theater district of New Haven and a celebrity musical performance. This year’s luminary will be Ana Gasteyer, star of ABC’s hit series Suburgatory and former Saturday Night Live star infamous for her celebrity impersonations of Martha Stewart, Barbara Streisand and co-host of NPR. If you love Ana, this is must see show and those unfamiliar with her will be thoroughly entertained from start to finish!

About Ana Gasteyer: Ana Gasteyer has starred in a range of theater productions since her triumphant Broadway debut in the revival of The Rocky Horror Show. In 2006, Gasteyer starred in Wicked on Broadway as ‘Elphaba’ and originated the role for the Chicago production, which earned her a Jefferson Award nomination. Her credits also include Tony-nominated Broadway productions of The Royal Family and The Threepenny Opera, Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues, and Manhattan Theatre Club's Kimberly Akimbo. Gasteyer starred in Funny Girl at the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera and in Passion at The Chicago Shakespeare Theater, which earned her a Jefferson Award nomination. She has performed in musical acts Elegant Songs from a Handsome Woman and Let It Rip, and lent her voice to the Actor's Fund benefit recordings of Hair and Reefer Madness. Gasteyer is best known for her work on Saturday Night Live, and currently stars on ABC’s hit comedy Suburgatory.
