Our multidisciplinary care team consists of board-certified
surgeons,
radiologists,
medical oncologists, and
radiation oncologists, all of whom all available in the Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness or in the adjoining Center for Cancer Care. Combining these highly trained physicians with
Diagnostic Navigators and other support staff ensures that all the resources needed for comprehensive breast care are literally housed under one roof. This close proximity of health professionals, treatment capability, and support services facilitates and expedites seamless coordination of care.

Zandra Cheng, MD, FACS is a fellowship-trained breast surgeon who devotes her clinical activities exclusively to breast wellness.
Patient cases* are presented and reviewed by the multidisciplinary Tumor Board. This regular meeting includes experts whose specialties cover all aspects of breast cancer care, including medical oncology; radiation oncology; breast surgery; radiology; oncology nursing; genetic counseling; pathology; lymphedema; clinical trials; tumor registry; psychiatry, and social work. The result is a more comprehensive, coordinated treatment plan for patients.
