Griffin Health medical experts will provide in-depth information about the body’s systems to best explain health topics including diabetes prevention, cancer awareness, mental wellness, heart health, nutrition, and exercise for individuals who want to learn more about wellness and disease prevention.\nHealthy U will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Community Health Resource Center.
