DESCRIPTION:The Griffin Center for Healthy Living Teaching Kitchen will host a free cooking demonstration on the nutritional benefits of pickling. Former Executive Director of Massaro Farm and sustainable nutrition expert Caty Poole will discuss the history of pickling and the health benefits of turning fresh produce intro shelf stable products.
