The Childbirth Center Welcome Tour is for all families planning on delivering at the Childbirth Center at Griffin Hospital. The informational session will cover common questions, including visiting hours, paperwork, meals, parking, prenatal and post-partum support and services, and a tour of the unit. We want to be sure you are comfortable and familiar with the facility before your big day and answer any questions you may have.\nThese Welcome Tours are open to siblings. \nThe tours will start with a presentation of the Center’s compassionate, family-centered features and a question-and-answer session followed by a tour of our supportive and tranquil facility.\nThe tour will highlight:\n\n24/7 availability of specialized maternal and newborn care professionals\nFive fully-equipped delivery rooms and two advanced operating rooms\nEducators and lactation consultants for pre-and post-delivery support\nJacuzzi tub for natural pain relief during labor\nPrivate postpartum recovery suites with natural light, double beds to accommodate partners ensuring comfort for shared overnight stays\nFamily room for visitors with TV, reading materials, and toys\nCelebratory dinner for two with a menu from an executive chef on the last night\n\nRegister below.
