The Valley Goes Pink Campaign will host a live virtual meditation event on Thurs., March 11 from 7-8 p.m.
Hosted by Mindfulness Instructor Virginia Bressano, this event will feature the use of essential oils in meditation. Participants will be shipped a special blend of oils specifically created for this event. If a person is unable to make the event, they can receive a recording of the program.
Laura Marasco, former owner of Exhale Studio in Shelton, is proud to sponsor this event.
“Many of us are experiencing high levels of stress due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Marasco said. “Stress can be very harmful to a person’s health and well-being. Unfortunately, the studio closed due to the pandemic but the commitment to health lives on. This program will teach you ways to relieve stress and improve your wellness.”
Interested individuals can register by making a $25 donation at https://pinkmeditation.givesmart.com/. Registration due by March 1 to receive the essential oils shipment.
