My Exercise Goals

Check out the CDC's webpage on "Healthy Weight, Nutrition, and Physical Activity" to help you make your goals. If you would like recommendations on creating an exercise plan, please speak with your provider. If you have been diagnosed with a serious health condition, please speak with your provider before beginning any exercise activity.

  • Example – I will walk for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week or I will do 30 minutes of strength training at least two times a week.
