The Diabetes Education & Support Group can help you manage the challenges of living with diabetes through education and peer support.

The group meets every on the third Tuesday of every month from 6-7 p.m. in the conference room at the Center for Cancer Care at Griffin Hospital, 350 Seymour Ave., Derby, and via a Zoom online video conference.

Only vaccinated individuals should attend the meetings in person. Masks are required.

Please do not attend in person if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, even if you assume that it’s just allergies.
