Circle of Excellence
The Circle of Excellence is a Planetree initiative to recognize caregivers outside of ITIP in order to promote their kindness and daily achievements. If you recently received a token of appreciation, first and foremost congratulations and thank you for your continued dedication to patient-centered excellence! This token not only is a testimony to your character and work ethic but it also gives you the opportunity to pass it forward.
How does it work?
- ITIP winner each month are given a token for their recognition
- The goal is to pass the token and postcard on to another caregiver by the next ITIP ceremony. By passing it on you are acknowledging an act of kindness and providing positive feedback.
- Along with passing this token on you must submit a written explanation as to why you are passing the token on to said caregiver.
- When you submit your recognition via the form below, your submissions will be reviewed and approved before being displayed on the Griffin Health Website as well as the dining room TV.
- You can also choose to thank your colleague for their kindness using your phone’s camera app; you can record a heartfelt message expressing gratitude, thank your colleague, and describe what makes that person exceptional. To upload a video, use the form below: click on the “Upload” button, select the video file from your phone’s storage, and then submit the form with the uploaded video.
