The Afterglow Support Group
The Afterglow is a support group for mothers following the birth of their child The group welcomes mothers to a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to learn and process all of the current life changes together. We will cover topics related to coping skills, self-care, attachment to your baby, and communicating with your partner.
The group meets Fridays every week at 10 a.m. in The Childbirth Center at Griffin Hospital conference room, 130 Division Street, Derby.
