Breast Ultrasound

Ultrasound is becoming an increasingly prevalent screening and diagnostic tool. It is an excellent imaging modality for women with dense breast tissue, as well as providing a second look when initial mammography results are inconclusive. In addition to dense breast screenings, ultrasound can be used to evaluate diagnostic concerns, such as lumps and pain localized to the breast in both men and women.
