Scholarship Application Criteria
- Provide name of College/University and Diagnostic Imaging Program applicant is enrolled
- A Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Submit copy of Program Transcript
- Submit completed Scholarship Application (see below)
- Interview with Scholarship Committee
