Dr. Mamootil earned a degree in Science from the University of Toronto in Canada before receiving her medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in Barbados where she was on the Dean’s Honor Roll. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Ascension St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore.
Dr. Mamootil enhanced her medical training with Rheumatology elective rotations at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and Johns Hopkins Hospital, before completing a Rheumatology Fellowship at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
