Dr. Justin Rackley is a cardiologist specializing in heart rhythm disorders, with advanced training in electrophysiology. He brings a thoughtful, patient-focused approach to care, taking time to listen, explain, and guide each patient through their diagnosis and treatment options with clarity and compassion.

Dr. Rackley completed his General Cardiology fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he served as Chief Fellow, with advanced fellowship training in Electrophysiology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of complex arrhythmias.

He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, a background that shapes his holistic understanding of the connection between physical and emotional health.

Dr. Rackley has been recognized for both clinical and academic excellence, including serving as Chief Cardiology Fellow and being inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. His work includes research and presentations focused on heart rhythm disorders, atrial fibrillation, and advancing cardiac care.

Dr. Rackley is known for being exceptionally kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. He believes the best care begins with understanding each patient as a person. Patients can expect visits where their concerns are fully heard, questions are encouraged, and treatment decisions are made together.

A former collegiate track athlete and team captain, Dr. Rackley brings a mindset shaped by discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that still guide how he supports coworkers and patients.
