It's all about community.
As a proud member of the Naugatuck Valley community, Griffin Hospital works in tandem with other community organizations to strengthen our citizens, encourage positive relationships, facilitate ongoing wellness and provide ongoing support to those in needs. Below is a list of the local organizations we sponsor throughout the year.
The Naugatuck Valley Community Corporate Cup is a community-sponsored program for businesses and organizations in the Lower Naugatuck Valley that encourages a commitment to health, fitness and wellness. Employees compete in a series of competitions that promote activity and camaraderie, including the competition’s signature event, Healthy Teams, where teams of two work to improve their health measurements and receive wellness education programs through Griffin Hospital over the course of three months. Griffin Hospital is proud to be a premier sponsor of this program and partner with the Valley United Way and the Valley YMCA in promoting health and wellness in our community.
