Join us for a supportive and strengthening event featuring Connecticut poet Farron Saifee, whose book, Craters on the Moon, takes readers on a lyrical journey through the tender and the tumultuous that captures universal themes while reflecting deeply personal experiences. This evening offering insights on emotional well-being through times of grief and transition as well as how to access inner resources for self-care through caregiving, loss, and recovery.

- Caregivers from Griffin Psychiatry and Spiritual Care departments about how creative expression – especially writing and journaling – can support emotional well-being through times of grief and transition, and how to access inner resources for self-care through caregiving, loss, and recovery.
