Connecticut Magazine partners with Castle Connolly, a national health care research firm to compile the list. Castle Connolly’s annual list highlights the top 7% of practicing physicians in the U.S., all nominated by their peers. Its rigorous selection process, led by a team of physicians, ensures that doctors are recognized solely for their clinical excellence, and not through payment or sponsorship.
