
AgeWell at Seymour Senior Center
Griffin Health and the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut are partnering to increase access to care and prevent disease among our senior community through AgeWell, a monthly series of health screenings and healthy living education sessions at area senior centered. Periodically, this program will provide nutritionally balanced and delicious food for attendees to enjoy.

Therapists from Griffin Health Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will discuss osteoporosis, a condition that causes bones to become weak and increases the risk for fractures, and how exercise and nutrition can help protect their skeletal health.
