AgeWell at Shelton Senior Center

Griffin Health and the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut are partnering to increase access to care and prevent disease among our senior community through AgeWell, a monthly series of health screenings and healthy living education sessions at area senior centered. Periodically, this program will provide nutritionally balanced and delicious food for attendees to enjoy.

Griffin Health Chaplain Eric Gramse will host an open discussion of the various types of loss that people can experience as they age, how loss can affect them and ways to move forward in a healthy way. Griffin Health caregivers will also be offering free blood pressure screenings and nursing consultations at the events.
