Reducing Food Waste & Sustainable Kitchen Habits

In recognition of Earth Month, the Griffin Center for Healthy Living at Quarry Walk is hosting a series of free cooking demonstrations to help individuals prepare flavorful and nutrient-dense meals using environmentally sustainable ingredients this April. These cooking classes will feature practical strategies to incorporate plant-based, local, and seasonal ingredients into meals, reduce food waste, and highlight sustainable proteins that support personal health goals and care for the planet.
