MENTEE APPLICATION FORM

MENTEE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • 1 year of experience working at Griffin
  • Part-time or full-time employee
  • Complete application & submit 2 professional references
  • Must be able to commit to the following:
    • Participate in mentee training program & orientation
    • 1:1 monthly meeting with mentor at minimum for 6-month duration
    • Complete feedback survey

MENTOR APPLICATION FORM

MENTOR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • 1 year of experience working at Griffin
  • 5 years of work experience
  • Full-time employee
  • Complete application & submit 1 professional reference
  • Must be able to commit to the following:
    • Participate in mentor training program & orientation
    • 1:1 monthly meeting with mentee at minimum for 6-month duration
    • Participate in monthly mentor check-ins for 6-month duration
