MENTEE APPLICATION FORM

MENTEE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1 year of experience working at Griffin
Part-time or full-time employee
Complete application & submit 2 professional references
Must be able to commit to the following:
- Participate in mentee training program & orientation
- 1:1 monthly meeting with mentor at minimum for 6-month duration
- Complete feedback survey

Must be able to commit to the following:
- Participate in mentor training program & orientation
- 1:1 monthly meeting with mentee at minimum for 6-month duration
- Participate in monthly mentor check-ins for 6-month duration
