The Afterglow

The Afterglow is a support group for mothers following the birth of their child. The group welcomes mothers to a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to learn and process all of the current life changes together. We will cover topics related to coping skills, self-care, attachment to your baby, and communicating with your partner.

Meetings

This group meets every Thursday at from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Griffin Behavioral Health Services, 10 Progress Drive, Second Floor, Shelton.
