The Diabetes Self-Management & Education Support Group can help you manage the challenges of living with diabetes through education and peer support.
The group meets every third Tuesday of every month from 6-7 p.m. (except July & August) in the conference room at the Center for Cancer Care at Griffin Hospital, 350 Seymour Ave., Derby
