Fueling Your Defenses: The Role of Immunity in Food
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Griffin Health presents a free health education presentation on “eating the rainbow” highlighting foods high in antioxidants and the role they play in strengthening immunity against certain diseases like cancer. There will also be a cooking demonstration for an antioxidant dense butternut squash, chicken sausage and kale quinoa skillet meal.
