Understanding the Connection Between Nutrition and Mental Well-being

Learn how good nutrition can ease your mind with a free cooking demonstration at The Griffin Center for Healthy Living. Registered Dietician Becca Cretella will discuss how what you eat plays an important role in physical and mental health. Then, Executive Chef Daryeal Murphy will demonstrate how to make spinach, sweet potato and lentil dhal, a delicious vegan one-pot recipe that counts for three of the five daily recommended servings of vegetables.
